Full Dining Room (Max 160 people)
Resident: $45/hr + Large Event Surcharge $22/hr
Non-Resident: $90/hr + Large Event Surcharge $22/hr

Large Classroom

Capacity: Max 20 people
Resident: $30/hr
Non-Resident: $58/hr

Amenities: Tables, Chairs, Ample Parking, Audio/Visual Equipment upon request.

Rental Deposits are required at the time of reservation. Deposits will be refunded in full, providing there are no damages, contract breaches, or extra hourly charges and all conditions of the rental are met.

Alcohol permits must be paid for in full at time of reservation. Adding an alcohol permit results in an additional surcharge of $22/hour. Alcohol permits may NOT be purchased on the day of the scheduled reservation. Alcohol permits are refundable, but not transferable.
