Estimated attendance: 3,000

Event requirements:

  • Arrive for set up no later than 12:00pm.
  • Be open for business between 2pm and 8pm. Early break down is not permitted.
  • Vendors will provide all equipment needed for booth.
  • Vendor is responsible for leaving their booth area in the condition that it was originally received, i.e. removal of all debris such as boxes and trash.
  • This event occurs rain or shine. Be prepared for wind, rain and/or heat/cold.
  • Vendor placement is the decision of the event organizers.
  • Application Deadline: June 13 or until all vendor spaces are filled.

Other ¡Viva Tualatin! Booth Opportunities:

  • Art Vendors: We’re looking for art and craft vendors whose offerings reflect the rich diversity of the cultures they identify with including handmade crafts, beautiful art, or culturally significant products.
  • Non-Profit and Community Booths: A limited number of booths are reserved for non-profits and organizations that directly benefit the Tualatin community. These spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so don’t wait to apply!
  • For profit businesses should refer to our sponsorship page.

Access to power is limited in Tualatin Community Park. Vendors are required to provide all electrical cords needed to operate. It is suggested that vendors bring a 100′ extension cord with them.
